The "quick and dirty" way to do it is to "import" the .dwg file into
MicroStation, and then create a CAD server to use in GeoMedia. Inside
GeoMedia, create an Access warehouse, and import form the CAD server
warehouse into the Access warehouse...

According to Intergraph's Geomedia webpage, Geomedia V3 will be able to
directly use AutoCAD DWG files with the CAD Data server.

Geomedia comes with Imagineer 2 which opens AutoCAD files up to R13, and
can save as Ustn DGN file, which you can then use directly with the
current CAD Data Server.
