IBMDSS02.SYS
IBMDOSCS.SYS
AUTODRV.SYS
$ICPMDOS.SYS

Microsoft has end of lifed Windows 98

M$ continues support until late June of 2003.

Have you looked at the manufacturer's website undet Support?
