SX now upgrade

Hi !
In an ebay auction (230395610185) I've seen a 386 upgrade (SX/Now
Kingston).
It's a 386 replacement that fits the 286 socket ?

Once William's site comes back up (it's not on the mirror) he & I had
documented all of the other SX Now! varieties (different mounts of 286 CPUs)
as well...
