You are looking for the Reference disk. The link
ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/refdisks/30start.exe will download the
diskette image to your computer. Save it to disk in a location you can
remember, then have a blank floppy diskette available when you run the
program from the DOS commandline after disconnecting. For the Model 30 you
may have to have a low-density diskette or format a 1.44Mb diskette as
low-density. The Model 30s recognize the 1.44Mb drives, but were sold only
with the 720K low-density drives, therefor the Reference diskette is a 720K.
