Got one of these cuties, the -001 version which can do 640x480 only.
Can't find any low-hanging documentation about it, like a service manual or so, which explains the adjustment potentiometers for example.
Is it inside some other PS/2 or general manual, possibly?

Thanks,
Christian

Not exactly what I was looking for, but pretty catching to watch him.
Maybe I'll find some more general monitor adjustment instructions that I can make fit.

Service literature for IBM VGA monitors is pretty hard to come by.

Thankfully, the most important adjustments are usually easy to identify,
whatever the model or manufacturer of the monitor is.

What kind of image problem are you trying to correct?

It's not that bad. The picture is bright and undistorted without any burn-in, and I see no reason to believe in a serious component failure. All caps look fine, too.
However, after 35 years, I'm sure it could use some minor corrections: A little horizontal offset here, a bit of cushion there, maybe a slight increase in focus, if possible.
I already found most of the relevant potentiometers, but I'd prefer following a recommended tweaking procedure, rather than just turning wheels and creating possible side effects.
