RAM Chips Info - Please Help

I have aquired some IBM RAM Chips.

Please can anyone tell me what size in MB these are. These are the P/N
numbers on the memory chips :

P/N = 65X5808 (72 Pin)
P/N = 74G1187 (72 Pin)
P/N = 65X6249 (72 Pin)
P/N = 68X6127 (72 Pin)

Please email me response as I do not read NG that often.
