Hi !
This controller starts with three leds that remain lit (CR5-CR6-CR7): I
can access the miniconfig (Ctrl-I) but when I try to reset the adapter,
it says "General Controller Failure"
I'd like to try to flash a new firmware, but couldn't find it ...

Hi Vincenzo...
First check for bent and shorting pins on the SMT controller chips. I had
similar problems caused by that problem.
