SPDIF monitoring utility

Hi -

I am trying to find a software utility that will let me monitor the
incoming SPDIF signal from a soundcard.
Specifically, I want to know what subcode data my CD player is putting
out. (do ISRC codes appear in SPDIF?)

I have various soundcards that have SPDIF inputs, including an M-Audio
Delta 1010, SB Live, and something based on a CM8330.

Does anyone know of a decent utility (windows or *nix) that I could
use?
