I just installed the latest awe32 driver which support full duplex mode.
The problem , though, is that I cannot record with "mic-in" anymore.
Checked Mixer, Volume control, Driver setting
Checked out DMA,IRQ, but all seem normal....
Still, when I try to record using mike or, to use I-Phone , absolutely
nothing happens!! Not even a noise.
Could somebody help? I don't think I'll be able to get thru help-line
maze of creative lab.
- Han.
There is a problem with the new drivers, and we are currently looking at
them. I do not have a date of when they will be out.

1. Download and install the very latest sb16w95up.exe from Creative Labs.
Their ftp site shows a date of 10/14/96 for this file.
2. Make sure the speaker icon is in your win95 tray. To do this, go
Control Panel/MultiMedia/Check the "show speaker" box/Apply/Close.
3. Right Click on the speaker that's in the tray. Choose Volume Control,
then Options/Properties/Recording/OK. ***Check the "Select" box to enable
the microphone, then close.
This works for me. I believe the key is checking the 'select' box for the
microphone. I don't believe that used to be there ... Good Luck!
