!!Free .WAV & Realtime editing software for 95/NT!!

Hi, all!
I am a grad student at WVU. As part of my programming work, I am
creating a program for Win95/NT that allows you to edit .WAV files, but
cooler yet, allows real-time digital effects.
My first version, with only 1 effect (reverb) is available at:

Please take a look at it, as I expand the effects/functions available.
I am looking for lots of feedback. When the project is complete, it
should be as good as many commercial audio editors. The final
version will be posted in several months, with source code (visual C++)!!!

Also included at the above URL is an ever-growing paper on DSP for
your review (chapter 1 is now complete).

As enhancements are made, I will post the latest version.

I need your input: what effects to include, how one would want to "print"
an audio file, user interface inprovements, etc.
