MediaVision has been available by e-mailing to tech...@mediavis.com.
HOWEVER, the last couple of mail items I sent them "bounced."
In a previous message, someone said MediaVision was moving their
Technial Support services, hence the 'temporary' disconnection.
But that's been a couple of weeks, and they're not back on line yet.
It may have something to do with MediaVision's having declared
Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection earlier this year, and their
possible efforts to reduce expenses by discontinuing e-mail
access. Too bad.

I *think* it's tech...@mediavis.com
I've had mixed reply times - from almost immediately to never,
so they may have problems...

Last I heard ( a month or two ago ) their Internet link is down because
they're "relocating" some of their facilities, and that it will be back
up "Soon".

I tried calling their BBS. Although I get a carrier, the BBS seems
to be down.

communications suppliers have cut them off from the internet.
