I am from a Hong Kong based Company seeking a partner / freelance developers
in the
Mainland China / taiwan / hong kong / asia pacific region who can help us
develop
a new completely web-based communication application (i.e. all our
colleagues need
to have is just a web browser, no more preinstalled components stuff)
Our requirements are simple, the development may be complex (in terms
of system logistics and transmission speed), as below:
1) Online authentication
2) then Web-based chatroom (preset, no need to add functions for adding
chatrooms) + white broad + file acheives + at maximum 4 web-cams
simultaneously viewing 4 separate users while chatting, ALL IN ONE WEB PAGE.
3) Full web-based administration tools for kicking, pinging, etc.
4) Easy to customize in future (e.g. color, layout) for our future
maintenance (You know our regional MDs always like to change this and that
from time to time ......)
We have a small budget for that, so those millions $$ products supplier,
sorry this time. We WELCOME freelancers who wish to earn some real bucks for
themselves.
