Tux Paint 0.9.3 available for Windows

Tux Paint is a free (Open Source) drawing program for young children
(ages 2 1/2 and up).

It includes sound effects, a helpful cartoon character, a simple interface,
and lots of drawing tools, including a 'Rubber Stamp' and
'Magic' special effect tools.

The latest version, 0.9.3, has been translated to Chinese!
