[Annc] Tux Paint 0.9.2 for MS Windows

'Tux Paint' is a free drawing program intended for young children.
It is released under an 'Open Source' license, meaning it can be
shared, copied and redistributed.

Version 0.9.2, released last week, is now available for
Microsoft Windows users.

The three main new features added since the prior Windows release include:

* Korean translation

* Keyboard control support (e.g., for mouseless environments)
