Job Description:
The National Institute for Environmental Renewal has an immediate opening
for a Computer Scientist Engineer in the Northeastern Pennsylvania
region. This individual will be responsible for the development, testing,
installation and monitoring of software-based applications. Duties will
include creating interfaces among software packages, generating program
documentation and weekly status reporting.

Familiarity with multiple programming languages (Visual Basic, C, C++ and
HTML) is a plus. Preference will be given to applicants possessing a
bachelors degree.

Requirements:
· Minimum of three years of general experience, or at least one year of
professional experience
· Experience with IBM PC workstations and/or UNIX operating system
· Demonstrated technical and management skills
· Excellent team interaction skills
· Excellent communication skills. (written and oral)
