how to connect four FDD to FDC which supports 4FDD

Hi!
in the Mr.BIOS i see option to setup four floppies,
and also reading some PDF's for Multi-IO controllers i see reference to 4floppy option.
but if FDC _can_ this - how to use this? how-to connect?
where to get electric diagram for connecting for FDD to 4FDD-able FDC?
and which software drivers (of floppyBIOS-extenders) i need?
of course it is for older OS'es... win95A (which is win3.11 upgrade version) as maximum. i do not sure what newer OS'es (win2000 as minimum) can see floppies over then two A: and B:
