who else will make Voodoo Rush cards?

I have been waiting for the RUsh cards, and the Hercules Stingray
128/3D seems nice, but...
I really want a video card that has awesome 2D performace, as well as
VESA 2.0 in _hardware_. Flashable BIOS would be nice, too.
So, what other manufacturers will be using the Rush, and do any of
them meet my desires?
