This is almost an indicator that something with the drive is wrong.
That does not mean that the drive doesn't work anymore, but it means
that at least some sectors ARE already broken. I recommend backing up
data at least one time a week and maybe run a RAID.

I would say just based off of this line alone, it is time to get a new HDD. Hopefully your backups
are recent!
