Need replacement for Intel ICU.EXE

I am trying to configure a Sound Blaster AWE32 PnP card. Problem is, the
configuration manager software from Intel will not run on my machinge. I
have a micron P90PCI (M54Pi-N 14P motherboard). I have the 1.43 version
of the configuration manager but it hangs my machine shortly after
starting up. I actually got my hands on a 1.21 version of the software
and it WOULD run on my maching, but it gave me an error message stating
that my PCI card was not in its routing tables!?

PLEASE, does anyone know of another utility besides Intel configuration
manager that will allow me to change the settings on my SB32AWE PnP?

P.S.

I have tried everything in my power to get it to run. i.e., stripped
boot, disable shadow, stripped motherboard, etc. but to no avail.
Micron has washed there hands of this problem, Creative has washed there
hands of this problem and Intel has washed there hands of this problem!
