I am trying to find the ISA/EISA standard slot pin-outs so that I
can build an application board for my PC. I have the timing/pin
specifications, but I don't have the actual slot pin-outs. All the
references I have to them simply state that the ISA is a de facto
bus standard from IBM. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this
info?

You can find the pinouts of the 16 bit ISA bus in the Winn L. Rosch Hardware
Bible - an excellent book for anyone wanting to learn more about MS-DOS type
computers. (it's about 2" thick!) I don't remember if it has the EISA pinouts
though, althought there is a large section on EISA. I am considering typing in
the 98 pin signals, but I'm hoping someone already has, as my typing sucks.
:( I correct almost every word I type ) If nobody posts the list in a couple
of days, e-mail me, and I'll try to type it in.
What book(s) are you using to help you design the cards you're working on? I
am interested in any books I can find on the subject.
Thanks,
Kevin
