InstantTV vs. TV Genie Vs. Proview TV-Box?

I've been trying to find information regarding these products, which
allow you to watch TV with your PC monitor (don't need to even have
the comp. on.)

Basically, I can't find any reviews that compare all three. The
features I'm interested in are only on InstantTV and TV Genie, as they
have an S-video input. Basically, all I want to know is... which of
these has the best video quality?

Frankly, any comments at all on these products... pluses, minuses,
anything that might help me make a decision, would be greatly
appreciated.
