I'm looking for a motherboard that has at least 4 ISA slots and
supports at least Pentium processor. They probably don't make anything
like that any more but any help is appreciated.

I keep my eye open for these also, we have lots of ISA-based data
acquisition cards. Unfortunately many of these are full length cards and
most of the mobos that have lots of ISA slots have some of them blocked by
the CPU or other compnents on the board.

Anyway, here are a few boards that I know of:
- Intel RC440BX, ATX, Slot1, all full length ISA, nearly impossible to find
- Tyan Tsunami (S1830S), AT, Slot1, 2 full length ISA
- Tyan Trinity AT (S1590S), AT, Socket7, 2 full length ISA

I think supermicro and gigabyte might have a couple also.

Let us know what you find out- happy hunting!

A number of companies make these for industrial applications.
Check out ICS Advent, their MB586AT7I has 6 ISA slots.
I have also used products from Advantech.
For lots more slots, look for passive backplane designs
(these aren't cheap).
Hope this helps
Reed.

Hi. I think I know of one :

MFR : DFI = Diamond Flower Incorporated.

They were clearing them out for about $35 (Canadian) = $ 1.50 US :)

Source : Logic Box Distribution

http://www.logicbox.com

1-888-744-8312
V : (905) 405-1541
F : (905) 405-1759

This model supported the Pentium processor upto 166 MHZ (if my memory
is correct - NON MMX - ie. the voltages were single voltage and not
low enough to support MMX nor the higher clock rates). Good luck !

The Tyan Trinity S1590S motherboard has 4 ISA slots. It's a good board.

Thank you all for your help. I got a Tyan S1590S. I have an ATX case
but it's flexible enough to put in an AT board. It works great.
