notebook - temparature sensor

Hello,

I have a problem with an old notebook (Maxdata 995 alias Chicony
MP995): the cooler does start at the beginning but later does not work,
so the main processor gets hot and the notebook hangs after a while
(when there is something to do).

The cooler is OK, there is no voltage on the connection (appears only
at the start up for a while).

It seems for me as problems with the temparature sensor - but I do not
know where to find it.

I would be very obliged for any help and suggestions.
