I just installed the latest EAC and installed it in my Windows7
Professional 64-Bit. When I open it, it doesn't see eith of my two
optical drives (an Imation iHAS524 SATA drive and Plextor PX-LB950 )
and dosent see any CD in either drive. Aspi no longer works in 64-Bit
Windows, and can't find any way of fixing this. EAC will open, but
the Drive Options are greyed out and can't be chosen to configure the
two drives. I've been using EAC for ripping CD's for decades now, but
can't figure a way out of this problem in 64-Bit Windows.

In article <9f6r2apooaunm9m7o...@4ax.com>,
I just fired up EAC 0.95 beta 4 (vintage 2006) on my wife;s laptop running
Win7-Home-X64. The build-in Lite-On DVD burner is detected just fine and all
the configuration otions seem to work.

Since you're running Pro, perhaps you need to execute eac.exe with admin
privileges.
