And finally, all levelcodes for MAGIC POCKETS by the Bitmap Brothers...
(for the solution to level 27, see below)

[ MAJOR SPOILERS!!! ]

Level 1: The Cave Level 3: The Lake
1. 1053 12. 3505
2. 3425 13. 0692
3. 8282 14. 1786
4. 4476 15. 9877
5. 7766 16. 7962
A. 1467 (Prepare to race) 17. 4125
18. 2219
C. 3123 (Find the treasure)

Level 2: The Jungle Level 4: The Mountain
6. ---- 19. 8498
7. 5284 20. 4370
8. 4757 21. 3541
9. 2818 22. 2823
10. 1960 23. 1286
11. 6331 24. 6067
B. 8712 (Beat the gorilla) 25. 5139
26. 4400
D. ---- (Transport to get home)

Note: There are no codes for two worlds. The reason is, that after some levels,
you get the code for the world you just solved, after some the code for the
next world, and after some the code for the world before the world you just
solved. At the end of worlds 1 to 5 you get the code for the world you just
solved. From world 6 on, you get the code for the next world. Therefore, a
code for world 6 is never given. From world 12 on, you get the codes for the
world you just solved. After world 19, you get the code for the world before
the one you just solved. Thus, the code for world C is given twice, the one
for world D never. The code for world A is only given if you win the race on
first place.

The solution to the endgame world:
I saw many people whining because they didn't make it past the last world.
But it's so obvious! As the title of the world states, you have to "trans-
port to get home". So, kill a couple of monsters until you reach the 5000
points mark, get a silver star, kill more monsters until you reach the 5000
points mark again, get a golden star, touch it and wear the transporter
helmet. Now you are transported in another room with several Space Hoppers
and Snowmen. Kill at least one of them, grab the Hopper and blast the other
Snowmen. Now go right and collect the masses of bonuses (altogether 200000
points), then go to the exit door and you have finished the game. I must
admit that it is not very easy to get a transporter in the last world, but:
no pain, no gain.
Have phun,
Lukas.

That's right - I didn't "forget the docs at home" and I don't mind
"having to look up all those damn coordinates" and I am not "annoyed
at all those people stealing games and forcing companies to include
protection" - I just don't have a legitimate copy of the game and
can't play until I get a crack - Can anyone direct me to a location
for the crack? Or if someone has it and wants to trade it for something
- mail me.

You are asking us for a crack? INCOMING !!!

-flame:on

The only crack that I would give you would be with a hammer: aimed at your
skull. Go find some pirate BBS where this kind of idiocy is tolerated, but
don't bother us with it. Maybe you should become a game programmer for a while,
and see what they think about their livelihood being stolen by morons like
you who don't have enough sense to see that piracy is theft, not a cute game
or a challenge to break the copy protection.

Sounds like someone had their account used by someone else... I could be
wrong...

kind of thing a FEDERAL offence, punishable by incredible fines and

Well, it WAS on ftp.uwp.edu but it is no longer there and will not be
returned there. Furthermore it is people like you who jepordize the
existance of the archive area in the first place. Your actions MAY
cause the entire site tamu.edu to be banned from using the archives.

Riiiiight. At least you're honest about your dishonesty. I'll tell you
what, let's play a game: The easiest way for you to beat the copy
protection is to (now here's the hard part, you have to fill in the
blanks) B__ the g___. Can you guess the missing letters? I knew you
could. Thank you for playing. As a consolation prize, what can we give
him, Don?

Well, Joe, we have a piece of information from the game Star Control II!!

Great, Don. And your information (guaranteed to be 100% accurate or your
money back) is: the Red Dwarf at 340.3:198.7 is Orion. Enjoy your great
parting gift!

(Psst, Joe, That's not right)

(Okay, give him his money back)

(Well, since he stole the game, I guess we owe him $0.00)

(Too bad.)

Yeah, he better be joking, since Software Copyright Infringment is now
a FELONY. I wonder how that guys University will feel about that.

I haven't been keeping up with my Law understandings, but couldn't
the above person be "fucked up by the justice system" for admitting to
commiting a FELONY, on a Public Forum? hmmm..

This would not fall under the new law. It only applies to pirating that
is over some specified value (I believe its in the thousands). This kind
of piracy is still just a misdemeaner and is more a matter of personal
ethics (or lack thereof).
