UW2 - problems with Sound Blaster

Hi there,
could anybody help me ???
I installed UW2 under DOS 5.01. I have a Sound Blaster and during installation
i chose this item. But now - NO SOUND AT ALL (only some knocks in the
beginning).
There were no problems with UW1 and U7 Part1. If anybody knows something
about that, answer me via EMail or in this group.

I had a similar problem. When I installed the game, I would get music but
no sounds. It turns out that UW2 was looking for my SB at IRQ7. My card is
at IRQ5.

Try running UWSOUND and reconfiguring it to use the settings of your soundcard.

If that isn't it, I don't have a clue

Run uwsound.exe (as the manual states.)
If it still don't work (it should), do you mean voices? There
are no voices in the intro. you have to wait a while for
any speeches from your friend, the guardian.
