Chris Dean posted this over at The Wargamer

"I'm the coder for WC:NAW (Warship Combat and Navies at War are now a
merged project) and we plan on making WC:NAW compatible with the SAS
engine later this year so you can use the SAS surface combat handler
or use WC:NAW to resolve the surface engagements."
