Where is Joey's mother again? I'm having a real pain trying to search
every town now that I actually got around to getting him, and he is
taking up a slot that could be filled by someone useful.

Speaking of this, I never did find Joey. I read in a faq that he's in san
mona, in front of the brothel, but he's not there in my game. I've been to
all the towns but meduna.

I think you need to start the quest before you find him.

He's not always there, but he will show up eventually. I actually
spotted him walking around outside the building from inside one of the
hooker's rooms. Razor is pretty funny when he finds the kid.
