You can use the editor with Windows 3.1. You just have
to have Win32S and WinG installed.

They can both be obtained at ftp.microsoft.com
Win32s is PW118.EXE and WinG is WING10.EXE (I think)

Good Luck.

Micheal,
You need the win32 program - its a 32 bit program for Windows 3.11.
Its on the Net somewhere, sorry I can't remember where - I got it off
a local bulletin board, maybe try:

To use the map editor, war2edit.exe, under wfw 3.11 you need two files.
Both are available at ftp.microsoft.com. File names are:

pw1118.exe (win32)
wing10.exe (winG)

they are self extracting zip files. Run them to extract and then
run the setup.exe program from within windows.
