I'm not sure I understand what the question is but try looking under
"Supply and Demand" in the Trade Routes section. As far as the game is
concerned, uranium is just another trade item, like dye and salt.
Dimensional Traveler
Multiversal Mercenaries. You name it, we kill it, any time, any reality.
What I am trying to say is that how do I produce a supply of Uranium
because there are no document and there are no graphics representation
of uranium mining. So I wonder how do I find a place where there are
a supply of uranium.
Also other trade item - gold, No City demand gold. So how do one get
town demand gold ?
I think specific trade item are not that important. I am only satify
my curious.

Ah ha! Now I understand the question. The answer is: you don't. The
player has no control over what a city produces or demands for caravans.
You can send, say, a dye caravan to a city that doesn't demand dye or
that even produces dye. The initial cash bonus you get when you
establish the trade route would simply be larger if the target city
demands dye. Does that help?
I guess I have to re-read the manual on trade items.

An additional bit of conjecture (which may very well be mentioned in
the docs): it seems as though some trade items are appropriately hard
to come by. In my current game, the last time I bothered to send any
caravans anywhere, I only had two cities supplying gold and could only
find one foreign city that was demanding it. (Actually, that's a bit
odd -- the less cities demanding an item, the more that would be
demanding it, you't think.) And I have yet to play a game where any
of my cities were supplying uranium.
You can only imagine the cash bonus for a U trade route!
What would be nice would be if the only special tradeables were those
that were depicted on the map, ie. if you build next to a silk square
then you can trade silk. As it is these squares seem useless bar
the small trade bonus to the city itself...

The best bonus I've seen was for Gems between two 20+ cities. It was just a
tad bit less than 1500 coins... :)

Currently, the game only gives you an initial bonus for delivering cargo to a
city that demands that particular cargo. I'd like to see that expanded to
include the ongoing trade route. Say, a 200% payoff on initial deliver with a
125% continuing rate...

I think the resource with the least cities producing it will get the
highest price.
That would be a good idea. Not how it works, apparently.
One of the few things I did learn from the Official Strategy Guide was that
the initial bonus for delivery (NOT the ongoing trade route between the cities!)
is subjected to a multiplier based on the Item demanded. The multiplier is
2 for Uranium, 1.5 for Oil, 1 for Silk, Spice, Gems and Gold, .5 for Silver,
Cloth and Wine, and ZERO for everything else. So it doesn't pay to look for
a city that wants your Beads.
