Hello all

I am a newcomer of Caesar 3 and I am stuck at Mission 3..... My
population reaches 5,200 with Culture, Favour and Peace far exceeds the
target but....... my prosperity is only 6 (target 10) ..... after
spending 3 nights on that single level... Am I missing somethings?? What
should I do to raise the prosperity??

My financial budget is always at surplus and no unemployment at all, can
someone please tell me what to do??

Thanks a lot!

Regards
Dickens Lum

Prosperity is the average of how rich your people are. You need to improve
housing in your city. (with prosperity of 6 your citizens must be living in
tents or something). Click on house to see what it needs to improve and try to
provide it. If it says needs desirability place some plazas, parks and temples
around.

Hope that helps,
-Alex

Actually your prosperity mainly depends on the level of your resident's
buildings --
their houses. Whatever your amount of temples or industries doesn't
matter... To make
resident's houses develop provide them with furnitures, pottery, oil, wine
and variety of food,
from whatever means you can get. For example, import vines and build wine
workshop
to produce wine if you don't have grape's fram.

Increase the quality of your housing. Do this by increasing the value of the
land (plaza's, gardens, statues etc), providing them with food and others
goods as needed from the markets. Also providing them with more than one
type of food and raising the employees wage will help.

Prosperity seems to be the hardest to raise.

Good luck

What do I do to get my emperor opinion boosted a little?

Send him a gift! Go to your Emperor screen and send off a gift or two
to please him. Make sure you fufill any requests he makes ASAP.
Don't let your city stay in debt too long.

Also, don't raise your salary to get a lot of savings to use on the
next mission. If you raise your salary above your standing, Caesar may
get pissed off at you and your favor rating will drop.

Also, when he asks for something, get it to him ASAP.

Similarly, if you put your salary lower than the going rate for your
current rank, it gives you brownie points with Caesar.
