Colonization Cheat Menu

In the MENU.TXT file, there appears a "Cheat" menu, that
includes items like:
- Build a new unit
- See other players information
- Control the indians
Why does this menu not appear in the Game?
If someone could get the answer...

Should be in the readme.txt file that you have. "ALT-W-I-N" does it, but
it will make it much less fun to play if you cheat. I got the upgrade
and bug fixes from the microprose web site for the map editor, not the
cheats.

pres the ALT key and type in win and you can do wonders to this game.

because it is for the programmers to use in debugging
the game. obviously you can use it to cheat as well.
I've been a loooong time computer gamer and I always
wondered with cheat codes, just who are you cheating?
