Constructor Tenants

A nice game Constructor. But i can't get another level of tenants who
are willing to live in my houses. With the manual i can't get any
further with this problem.

Pleas help

Your lower class tenants will always be willing to live in the nicer
houses, but the reverse is not true. For instance level 1 tenants
will live in a level 2 house, but a level 2 tenant will not live in a
level 1 house. In order to breed level 2 tenants, you have to make
computers in you Gadget factory and then distribute them to the houses
where you want to breed level 2 tenants. Once the computer is
installed, you should click on the house and select them to make level
2 tenants. Also you need build a level two house once you get a level
two tenant, and you do this by building one of each level 1 houses
and a cement factory.
