Imperialism 2 PDF manual anywhere?

I got Imp2 from an abandonware site but there was no manual associated with
it. Is there a PDF manual out there somewhere?

BTW, I want to buy this game but I can't find it anywhere - particularly
here
in Canada. Chips & Bits web site says they will have a Jewel Case only
release
in October. I don't want to have to wait that long!

There are always a couple fo copies on ebay.

You can find the strategy guide at amazon for around $7. This will
almost copletely cover what you need to know about the game.

It's an excellent game, I only wish the multiplayer didn't take 15
hours to play.
