C&C - Red Alert - Is it a bug ?

I really don't know the reason why sometimes why I cannot build or train
anymore ?? Dose anyone have this experience ?? Share pls ! I am using the
Soviet. I build no more than 10 buildings. I know that WarCraft has a limit
of the building and # of people training. I don't know whether it happens
in Red Alert or not ? My example is that once my transoprt arrived in the
island, my MCV expand and try to build a war factory, however I cannot
build any building at all. So I tried to send some heavy tanks from my
promary building, BUT I ALSO CANNOT TRAING OR BUILD ANY TANKS AT ALL !!! I
have no more than 5 tanks at that moment. Anybody knows the reason, pls
tell !!

I have this feeling that the numbers of units you can build is based
solely on your available hardware (maybe also virtual) memories. I was
able to build more units after I increased my virtual memory to 300MB.

Check if you have enough free space left on your harddisk. Windows uses
virtual memory (meaning it uses diskspace as if it was RAM memory).

Also, check the size of your virtual memory (control panel -> system ->
performance -> file system or something)

YES, Red Aleart has also a limit of Units and Buildings, but not ONLY 10
Buildings !
Here is the part of the RULES.INI, how many Units and Buildings you can
create...

Suggestions: Try plyaing a few SKIRMISH games with the compter and see
if you get the same problem
