While reading the looong thread of Civ leaders (which I enjoyed very much
and learned much too!) I was very pleased to hear they have female
leaders. For that alone I'll go out and buy it (long time player of
Civ1). It probably seems like a petty thing but sometimes it's hard to
get into the role of conqueror (conquerette?? <g>) when they keep refering
to you as a "he." I'll have to search it out this weekend.

Can anyone who has played the game list some of the leaders they have
seen. I'm curious.

Just look into rules.txt!
There you'll find all leaders.

BTW: Maria Teresa wasn't German but Austrian (Habsburg dynasty).
