That information is not in the strategy guide. The guide that you can
download here:

have more info than the book. The book's walkthru of the towns seemed
to be a little more detailed but that is about it.

...and anybody figure out a use for the silver platters?
I have a hunch about one potential comedic use, but I never seem to have
one of those, a machete, and a corpse in my possession at the same time
when I'm in an experimenting mood...

I heard you can pass out cigars but at least in the US version I
couldn't find a use for them. Frankly I'm a little mad they didn't
document these in on-line help.

Did you ever watch the movie Batman (the one with michael Keaton?). He used
a silver platter as a bullet shield, perhaps you can try combining it with a
spectra shield - they have pockets for ceramic inserts so why not metal.
Conversely have you tried adding it to your finances the same way you add
silver deposits.
