I finally got MOM running under Windows 98. I'd forgotten how good
this game was. Just think about upgraded graphics, spells, races, etc.
and an editor. Where is MOM2?

In article <361a55bf....@news.sinet.slb.com>,

Still in the pre-production stage at MPS. We'll have to wait till
next century for it to come out. That is, if it is coming out at
all.

Later..

Keep an eye out for Age of Wonders. I think this will take over from Master
of Magic. I still play Master of Magic and can't wait for AoW to come out
so I can finally put MOM to rest. I think we can forget about getting
anything from Microprose. As usual they're not giving out any info about
what's coming up.

Check out these links for Age of Wonders:

I don't know if anybody here read Dragonbone chair by Tad Williams
but the story looks almost identical.
