if you playing the single person fixed scenario. you can up the
starting amount of credits. By going to \????\dark\scenario\fixed\
(where ???? is the dir your dr is in) change to dir that your mission
and find a file called *.scn (it's a text file) edit it and filed a
line called setcredit(?????). and just up the ??????.

example:g:\darkregin\dark\scenario\fixed\m01f\m01f.scn
would be mission 1 FreedomGuard. i would change the line
for team 0 SetCredit(15000).

so every time i get to a new mission i would save the game
find the mission *.scn file change it and than load the save game
and RESTART IT for the changes to take hold.

you can also move the mission from the fixed directory to the single
custom directory edit it with the map editor then move it back into the
fixed directory

Not in this game, if you want a game with cheats why not play WARCRAFT,
they have plenty
