Madden NFL 07 Questions

Just got Madden NFL 07 because it was cheap and I play on a WinXP Pro
PC.

My problem is the game manual's explanation of the controls is as
clear as mud

Is there a precise list of controls for the PC game?

Example, after many tries, I figured out when using KB+mouse control
mode, [Space] = Hike/Snap
...but I do NOT see that in the manual.

I still haven't figured out what Hike is, when using only KB-only
control mode.

The manual also has no explanation of what the "Game Modes" are, like
Coaching. What are the descriptions of each "Game Mode?"

By any chance, is there a better Game Manual somewhere? The manual
that came with the game really sucks.

And, yes, I have looked at EA Support and forums.
