Okay, here's what you do. Go south along the east side of the river in Elvandar
Eventually you will come upon a lone rusalki. She will talk to you, and
ask you to kill a mordhel sorcerer who has been taunting her or molesting her
or something. The mordhel is further south down the river, with 4 rusalkis
guarding him. On his body is an Eliaem's Heart. DON'T USE IT. Bring the heart
back to the rusalki and she will give you the shell.
