Elder Scrolls: Arena question

A friend told me that he was able to get the Oghma Infinium
artifact more than once, specifically 4 times so far. I have
spent the last 4 hours travelling around in various towns not
in Skyrim, and have not been offered any info on this artifact
again. I do know about the trick of putting any artifacts I
already have in a shop to be repaired, and I have been told
of several other artifact quests, but not the Oghma again.
Can I just go back to the map dungeon and re-find the map
and then re-find the artifact?

Skyrim, try travelling to other states and seeing if they offer it,
because you can get it again and again..

Help: I am been playing arena for sometime now,if there some sort of
key combination that you use to get other quests?

There are always two artifacts in each country that you cannot
obtain quests for. If you can't get a quest for the Infinitum, try
moving to a different country.

I believe that I could have found it again also, if I chose to persue it.
When you talk with the various townfolk about general rumours, if you have
an artifact in your inventory, you will not hear anything about further
artifact quests. You need to either drop your artifact, or have it
repaired. Beyond that, I can't help you too much. The 1.06 patch had a
keystroke feature that allowed an artifact quest to be obtained to fix a
minor bug (but you still couldn't have an artifact already). Once you
start hearing about artifacts again, the Oghma Infinium should come up
again.

I played a Sorcerer myself (23 level Dark Elf) and I have found 15 artifacts - how
irritating that Sorcerers can't wear Aurials Shield, Ebony Mail, Knights Mail, and that most
of the weapons are totaly pointless - why use an artifact when an Ebony Dia-Katana(sp?)
appears to be the best weapon in the game (unless you are an archer - ebony bow instead - or
just possibly Arials Bow..) But rather useful that if your artifacts are in for repair you
can get quests for them - more than one Necromancer's Amulet, great for that armour class!
I have found,
Auriel's Bow - Ok Bow
Ebony Blade - Ebony Dia Katana is better
Skeleton's Key - why did I bother?
Volendrung - Ebony Dia Katana is better
Auriel's Shield - can't use
Necromancer's Amulet - excellent for the armour class
Staff of Magnus - not much use for a Sorcerer
Ring of Phynaster - Ok Ring
Oghma Infinium - got this several times
Chrysamere - Ebony Dia Katana is better
Warlock's Ring - not really any use for a powerful spellcaster
Ring of Khajiit - excellent for its spells
Orghnum's Coffer - totaly pointless
Lord's Mail - can't use
Ebony Mail - can't use
Anyway, as you can see there are fifteen items there - what is the sixteenth....I
can't find it but I understand there is supposed to be sixteen - can anyone help?

you probably already have another artifact, you can only have one at a
time, put the one you have into a shop for repair (pay 13 gold to repair
it and it will be done the same day) then look for another artifact
quest, once you have the first map, get your repaired artifact back.
