Gametap has over 1,000 games for only 99 cents a month!!!

I found this really cool program called Gametap it has over 1,000
games and gets more every week. It has tons of retro games and new
games. It is really amazing. The best part is that it is only 99 cents
for the first month. Every month after the first is $10 but you can
cancel your account at anytime. You should definitely try it out.

Some games that it has are:
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow
Clive Barker's Jericho
Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend
Battlestations: Midway
Just Cause
Hitman Blood Money
Overlord
Serious Sam II
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Sid Meier's Civilization III Gold

They also have games that you can play online with other people like
Street Fighter Alpha 3

I'd have to say that Gametap is a pretty good deal. The 99 cents a
month is only for the first month; I'd guess that most subscribers are
on the $5 per month rate. RPG's is probably their weakest genre,
though. They have a few top names:

Ultima I-VI
Phantasy Star I-IV
Planescape
Might & Magic I-V
Icewind Dale 1 and 2
Grandia 2
Baldur's Gate 1 and 2

and maybe 5 or 6 other pure RPGs, besides the strategy/action hybrids
like Deus Ex, Jagged Alliance, X:COM...

Plus you'd be supporting a competitor of Steam. :-)

Last year, I spent $40 on games .. actually
on game ... Gothic 3. That is the only one I
found that wasn't totally stupid .. or worse.
