That is the first time I've ever seen a downloadable game on
backorder. Must've run out of electrons. lol

Happens on Steam from time to time. Running out keys is the usual
problem.

What game is backordered? I bought 8 games and spent almost $40 total on
that site yesterday, more than the last 3 or 4 Steam sales combined.

Also found out about the g2a.com site yesterday, haven't bought anything
from them yet but seems pretty legit according to several forums. They
have Witcher 3 for $28 and GTA V for $40, the cheapest I've seen
anywhere for those titles.

I don't recall the situation, but g2a has specifically been cited in
people getting games removed from their accounts, and the like. The
gamesplanet site says they are licensed key distributors, which is good, but
in any case be sure you aren't using a vpn to activate foreign keys (a big
nono), and if a key reseller looks shady it probably is (emailing scanned
photos of keys, e.g.). I do occasionally check www.cdkeyprices.com on a
title to check prices, and have bought a handful of keys from key resellers
in the past, but nowadays I mostly put price alerts on www.cheapshark.com
(which tracks the more established sellers).

Yes, I was kidding. I'll try not to let it happen again. ;-)
