Anyone get that sword out of the stone? no spoliers please, I am just
curious.

A slight spoiler I guess in the questionP which one? My Paladin (MI:
24) got the one at the beginning town (need high might prolly), but not
the other one I found.
Zork
I was able to pull the sword free (and didn't do
anything special that I know of).
FYI my party is:
Knight
Archer
Cleric

The pulling character has to have a high strength. (Well, I think
something like 20 or more.)

There's one by New Scorpical? In which cardinal direction? NE? SE? I
could have sworn I covered the whole entire area and cleaned out all of
the goblins and apprentice mages (a pretty fun task, considering they were
powerless against me. :) )

I believe you need 40 str to pull it out.
I'm currently trying to get the one out in Silver Cove and can't budge it
with 131 str... heheh

I've finished MMI-V and have an idea from these previous
games that getting that sword out involves using a certain
statistic a character has. When you do get it out, note how
maybe only one character was able to do it?
On a side note, that sword sucks so don't worry about it. ;)

I didnt pull the sword out as a knight, but I did as a paladin, and it was
only a two handed sword. I dont get it. If you have enough might to pull it
out, you probably want more than just a plain ole two handed sword. If
anyone pulled out anything different, please let me know.

No, New Sorpigal. I think the Ironfist one takes 50ish, and it's
still not that good (better than paying for one, though).
