I already used it with the romp ;(
Of course not! That would be way too easy, don't you think?
> I already used it with the romp ;(
Don't worry. When you have found the other head you'll be given an option to
swap the heads.

hardly obscure which head doesnt go onto the golem. I mean, it's

BTW, anyone knows what happens if the wrong golem head is attached? What
consequences are there? Not to give anything away, is there a chance of
reconstructing another golem?

Yes, at any time before animating the golem you may freely switch the 2 heads
using the 'swap head' dialog option.
If you had the golem animated with the "abby normal" head, the golem will attack
you after you have set it down in the Harmondale castle.
Cheers,
Sorry if this is a lame question - when, where, how and with whom do you
construct the damn golem?! Can't find anything on the game interface, so is
it a location?

if you have it with you, it will turn up in the NPC slot. click on it
to get to the dialog.

I had two followers at the time so he wasn't visible. The scrolling arrows
on either side of the NPC portraits are hard to miss.

On the contrary, I found them difficult to see.. The blend in with the
rest of the decorations.
Regardless, I apparently built my golem with the wrong head, because as
soon as I set him loose, he started beating me up. Oh well.. From
parts he came and to parts he's returned..

I was cracking up when I found the "Abby Normal" head. Nice reference
by NWC.
