MM6 Help: Where is Desmond Weller (Bow Master) ?

The bow expert trainers tell me I need to find Desmond Weller to learn Bow
Mastery and that he is in Kreigspire, but I have searched the town twice, I
have tried the door at the top of the dragon tower but no one answers. Where
is he hiding?? If you know, please help.
(Also having same trouble finding Merchant expert in Darkmoor. The peasants say
to find him upstairs in the south of the town, but I have gone through the town
story by story and building by building using a fly spell and still can't
find. Argh.)

Fly west into the volcano, where the Castle Kriegspire is located. He is
in one of the room above the castle.

He's on the second floor of Kreigspire CASTLE.

Darkmoor is a mess. I have never been able to find anything
there. Try the Merchant expert in Free Haven. She lives
not too far away from the guy who gives you the Mordred quest.

Have you found any of the NPC's "up" in Darkmoor?One entrance is if you enter
the town by the stables there is an alley on the right follow it and you will
find the ramp to the one part of the upper area.The other one is around the
back of the town and near the Haunt if I remember right(my map is at home).
