MM6: How to get into Kriegspire Temple of Baa?

After finally frustrating myself no end as to why the Sliver guy
wouldn't give me the thumbs up after completing all the Council Quests,
including Wilbur Humphrey's, I went to the Seer anyway, looking for
a bug... Well, the hint told me Sliver was a traitor, and to go to the
Temple of Baa in Kriegspire, and look for evidence of his treason.
If this is the Superior Temple of Baa mentioned in other posts, can
somebody tell me how to get in? I seem to recall something about the
Seer giving you a cloak of Baa for the Superior Temple, but I got no
such cloak from the Seer when he told me to go to the Baa Temple in
Kriegspire. Do I have the wrong temple? Have I overlooked something?
I try to get into the Temple in Kriegspire and I get a message saying
I don't belong, and I can't get in... sigh......

You get the cloak from Humphreys. I don't know what it is good for,
but I bet you can't get in unless you have it.
When you talk to Humphreys he tells you the temple is east of
Kriegspiel, but it's not, it is northeast.
If I recall correctly, there were a few minotaurs guarding it.
I did this last night, it was fun.

I'm inside the main hall of the temple of Baa, but none of the doors inside
will open.
Touching each one just causes damage to the character. I've clicked on just
about every brick and torch inside the hall. Is there a lever or a switch
that I'm missing somewhere?

You need expert perception. (I can open them with lvl 9 expert)
