Fallout 2: What do i do after I killed the pres on the oil rig.

Thanks for helping. I am stuck at the presidential suite level of the oil rig.
Basically I have waxed everybody in the place. How do I progress to a final
showdown with the boss. There seems to be another lower level which I cannot
access. Any hints appreciated. Do I need to blow up the computers?? I have the
Pres access card also. Thanx

OK, there is another level BELOW the presidential level. It is access via a
stairway in a side room near the Pres room. Kind of hard to see so hunt
around. The Stairway is to the left and slightly up from the Pres room.

In the level below is the reactor and reactor control computers. If you
have talked to the Arroyo and Vault 13 prisoners, you know you need to
destroy the reactor. If you talk to the nuclear tech on the reactor level,
you learn you need to blow the reactor control computer.

Once you have done something about the reactor, the final battle will be
enabled. If you try to leave at that point, you will have to face the final
foe.

Take the western exit out of the President's office, turn right (into
the president's secretary's office), take the north exit from there,
and take the first exit on the right. (Looks like an arch, I think.)
This will take you downstairs.

You need to have some explosives with you -- if you don't, look
around, you should be able to find some (but not on the reactor
level.) Go up to the mainframe computer and set an explosive charge at
the terminal. You may wish to run to another computer and try using
the president's access card to make your escape a bit easier.
