In beggars nest there's a warehouse. In one room there's a door that's
blocked by somekind of electric forcefield.
Am I able to get through this and how?

Since it's still there I would guess not. Did you solve the Zombie
problem before entereing the warehouse? If so I don't believe there is.

<Spolier Space>

If you enter the warehouse once you've completed the warren's (i.e. you
reached the warrens via the Strange House) it will be empty. If you had
entered here first there would have been lots of zombies and the leader
of the sword coast boys (Drall?) and killing him causes the electric
field to fizzle out. The stairs lead to a room with a lever that opens
the metal door you were unable to open beneath the Strange House
allowing you to go through it to get to the graveyard and the warrens -
basically it's another way to get through to the graveyard.

How should Beggars be treated in India?

"Begging is not a crime in India. Beggars are not criminals. Beggars should be permitted in India. This is a holy Land where Sadhus have always been protected. This is the land of GREAT MASTERS. This is our PLAYGROUND. Great Masters come in the form of beggars. If you arrest beggars in this country, they will leave this land (tears) ... That's all (tears) ... They will not come here ... (His voice broke) ... The great Masters will not come here.... If they are protected, they will do their Leelas here. India is their Leela Bhumi. Beggars are permitted by VEDAS. Vedas were made by great Rishis who knew about everything.

I don't know but when they beg for jobs here in the USA, we give them
the harshest punishment possible: a job at AT&T, IBM or Walmart.
